Third-party service providers

Shopify Inc.
Our store platform. Receives all order and customer account data, as well as browsing and session data collected through Shopify's own analytics pixel. Shopify retains this data under its own privacy policy.

Payment processing. Receives your card data, billing address, and transaction amounts. Stripe is the actual card processor behind Shopify Payments and retains transaction and fraud data under its own policies.

Email and SMS marketing. Receives your email address, phone number, purchase history, and behavioral data (via Klaviyo's tracking snippet, if active). Klaviyo builds subscriber profiles to help us send relevant communications.

Meta Platforms Inc.
Advertising and conversion attribution. Our site uses the Meta Pixel, which sends the following data to Meta: page view events, add-to-cart events, purchase events (with order value), and—when Event Matching is enabled—hashed versions of customer email addresses and phone numbers for identity matching. Meta uses this data to measure ad performance and, if you have a Facebook or Instagram account, to serve you relevant ads. This constitutes "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. California residents have the right to opt out (see below).
